At Weareco, it’s our mission to make your B2S (Back to School) uniform sales smoother, more efficient and more successful for your school. By following our recommended ordering timeline your entire Summer B2S Order can be arranged on time and you can relax knowing your 2025 Summer Uniforms will be delivered in time for Term 4, 2024 selling.
To help you plan your school uniform shop ordering here's some useful information on Weareco's ordering process and some key dates to keep in mind to ensure timely delivery.
Discounts
Early bird savings are available for repeat orders confirmed before 3 May 2024. As a pre-approved DoE SOA 78764 uniform supplier Weareco offers an additional saving on orders for 300 pieces or more, this is a saving of 5% across all indent items.
Delivery Times
Formal items are delivered within 14 weeks of order confirmation / sample approval. Published delivery dates are subject to unforeseen shipping delays due to global emergency situations where logistics from factory to consumer are impacted. 6 weeks shipping time is allowed for an efficient flow of goods produced by Weareco.
Holding Stock
Weareco offers a complimentary holding stock service where we carry an additional agreed quantity of your uniform order (normally around 10%) in our Brisbane warehouse. This is available to you within 2- 3 business days of requesting additional stock. This stock arrives into Brisbane in February 2025 and must be purchased by you prior to 30 June 2025 and is ordered at the same time as your Summer Indent order. *Note no discount applies to this stock.
Order Confirmation
Once you decide to place an order with Weareco, we will send you an order confirmation to check final quantities on your Indent Order + Holding Stock Order to approve within 24 hours. Once approved we will then process to production and establish a Sales Net account for your school on the Weareco 'SalesNet, this is an online platform with login access to help you keep a track of your pending orders and holding stock levels with Weareco.
Key Ordering Dates to meet 2025 Back to School Selling:
Summer Formal Uniform Items
Order by May 3 to receive a 5% saving on your entire Summer Indent order*
Order by May 31 to receive by mid-October to November for Term 4 selling.
Order by July 26 to receive by Term 1 for B2S 2025.
Winter Uniform Items
Order by September 3 2024 to receive in Term 2 / April 2025.

Terms and Conditions
Customers must place both their B2S Summer Indent Order and Holding Stock Order by 5pm, 3 May 2024 to qualify for the 5% discount on Summer Indent items. The 5% discount applies to all repeat and MTO (made to order) B2S Summer garments and accessories (hats, bags, scarves, socks ) excluding Winter items & Blazers. The Summer Indent order must exceed $10,000 (excluding GST). Discount does not apply to 'Holding Stock' purchases. Delivery dates stated above are for Indent (B2S) delivery and not your Holding Stock delivery. Holding Stock scheduled delivery is the 2nd week of Term 1, 2025. All Holding Stock must be purchased and received by June 30, 2025. Please refer to Weareco's Holding Stock Policy for full ordering requirements. Sample Development & Approval Fabric choices and styles are presented and comparable loan garments can be arranged prior to specifying your requirements. An embroidered sample garment can be arranged free of charge and delivered within 4 weeks from concept specification for production approval.
Sizing & Labelling Range
This can be produced to align with your current range or provided as per our standard smart sizing offering.
Special Sizing
Special sizing and alternations suitable for special needs or cultural considerations can be made and are available to our customers at no additional cost. Orders are requested at the time of placing your Indent Uniform Order or by contacting your Account Executive. We will then provide a special-order form for measurements and the items are made and delivered to you within 4 weeks.
Minimum Order Quantities
60 garments across each style.
