Scrubs and clinical uniforms, held in your colours.
We supply general practice, dental, allied health, aged care, veterinary and day surgery. The established clinical ranges we hold in stock and decorate to your colours; where a practice wants a range of its own, we make that too.
What we build into a clinical range.
The three things practices raise with us most often, and what we do about each.
Specified for the wash cycle
Most clinical garments fade, shrink or lose their shape long before they wear out. We specify fabric and construction against the wash cycle a garment will actually see, so a set bought in March still matches one bought in October.
Colour-coded by role
Roles or departments set apart in colours that read across a room. We build the system with you, hold each colour in stock, and add embroidered names and roles where you want them.
Cut for a twelve-hour shift
Cut for bending, lifting and reaching, with size runs that cover the whole roster rather than a sample range, and individual sizing where someone needs it.

We keep the palette small on purpose.
We work to a palette small enough to read at a glance, and we hold each colour — so when the roster changes, a replacement two years on comes from the same range rather than from whatever is closest to it.
The people who look after everyone else should be comfortable doing it.
- Built around a long day
- Twelve hours on your feet, bending, lifting and reaching. That is the working day we specify against, and it settles the fabric before it settles the look.
- Made where we can see it
- The ranges we design are cut and sewn in our own factories, and the clinical ranges we stock come from suppliers we have worked with for years. We can tell you where a garment came from.
- Second generation at it
- Weareco has made uniforms in Brisbane since 1979, and it is still the same family. Clinical wear came later than the schools we started with, and it gets the same attention.
- Straight about the fabric
- Fibre composition and fabric weight sit on the specification for anything we quote, so you can compare like with like.
Start with the roster.
A staff list tells us more than a brief does. Send that, plus any colour you are already committed to by signage or scope of practice, and we will take it from there.
