Privacy
How we handle the information and artwork you send us.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this site we collect the name, organisation, email address and phone number you provide, along with what you tell us about your requirements, and the page you sent it from.
If you attach artwork — a logo or design file — we receive that file as well.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, quote on the work, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Enquiries are delivered to us by email and stored in our own systems so that a message is not lost if email delivery fails.
Artwork you send us
Artwork is stored securely and used only to quote and, if you proceed, to produce your garments. It is not published, shared with other customers, or used as a portfolio example without your written permission.
We keep it while your enquiry is active and for a period afterwards, so that a repeat or reorder does not require you to send it again. Ask us and we will delete it.
The mailing list
If you join the mailing list we store your email address, the date you joined, and the page you joined from. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address — not the address itself — which lets us show that a signup was genuine if it is ever questioned, without keeping anything that identifies your connection.
We use it to send occasional updates and nothing else. It is not sold, not shared, and not used to advertise anyone else's products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from the list.
What this site stores in your browser
The mailing-list prompt records in your browser that you have already seen it, so it does not reappear on every page. That flag stays on your device — it is never sent to us, never read by us, and is not used to track you here or anywhere else. Clearing your browsing data removes it and the prompt may appear again.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Spam protection
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated traffic. It checks the behaviour of your browser rather than asking you to solve a puzzle, and it does not track you across other websites.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
This policy is provided in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
